Elmquist Real Estate Services began in the summer of 2004, when Cheryle Elmquist responded to one client’s request and a market need and founded Elmquist Property Management. Although we began with only two properties, we currently manage over thirty, including office buildings, retail condominiums, and mixed-use developments.
